Ram mentioned that at the time of Student of the Year, many thought Alia Bhatt’s co-stars, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra, had better prospects in the industry. Alia was seen as very young, with a baby face, and no one expected her to reach the heights of success she has achieved today.
The actor expressed that Alia has undergone a remarkable transformation, becoming incredibly professional. He shared that she shows immense respect on sets, even referring to younger directors as “Sir,” demonstrating her humility and professionalism in the industry.
Ram further praised the actress’ professionalism and likened her to Deepika Padukone, stating that if Alia continues on her current path, she could achieve similar success. He emphasized that Alia’s work ethic sets her apart from many others in the industry, pointing out her respect for everyone on set, regardless of their age or experience.
