Beyonce, the singing icon, has postponed her much-awaited announcement, due to the ongoing California Los Angeles Wildfires. The singer’s foundation ‘BeyGOOD’ launched an ‘LA Fire Relief Fund’ to which she donated $2.5 million to support families directly affected by the fires, who lost their homes, and to the community organizations at the forefront of the relief. She urged her fans to join hands with her and support the survivors or the victims in whatever way they could.
The 43-year-old singer posted on Instagram, “The January 14th Announcement will be postponed to a later date due to the devastation caused by the ongoing wildfires around areas of Los Angeles,” She further added, “ I continue to pray for healing and rebuilding for the families suffering from trauma and loss. We are so blessed to have brave first responders who continue to work tirelessly to protect the Los Angeles community,” thanking the front fighters for their continuous efforts to help the people and communities.
