In a note shared on Instagram, Nayanthara shared that for her, a good diet is essential for a healthy and happy life. She added that being an actor, it is important to look the best for every role.The star said in order to stay in shape, one has to find a balance, be consistent, and have to listen to one’s body.
“A good diet is essential for a healthy and happy life, especially for someone like me, an actor who needs to look their best for every role. For me, staying in shape has always been about balance, consistency, and listening to my body,” Nayanthara said.
She also added that the diet isn’t about restricting what you eat or counting calories, but eating nutritious foods. “I used to think a ‘diet’ meant restricting myself and eating things I didn’t enjoy. Now, I know it’s not about counting calories; it’s about counting nutrients and eating a variety of foods in the right amounts. This is a lifestyle, not a temporary fix,” she said.
Nayanthara introduced her nutritionist, and also shared that she enjoys homemade food, and revealed that she eats with pleasure, without guilt or any craving, “Now, I enjoy homemade food that is both nutritious and delicious.
