“Selling Sunset” star Emma Hernan fired back at castmate Nicole Young for claiming during Season 8 that she had an affair with a married man.
“Oh, this evil human,” Hernan responded in an interview with E! News days after the new season debuted on Netflix.
“I was completely blindsided by all of this. I had no idea that this was going on the entire season. I did not find this out till right before, when we got the screeners. It’s disgusting.”
The Oppenheim Group realtor denied the accusations of being romantically involved with a married man as she called her colleague Young “a pathological liar and just an all-around disgusting human being.”
“There’s zero truth to this. I wasn’t given a voice to even defend this and show the receipts, show all the proof,” she told the outlet.
Hernan also demanded an apology from her co-star.
“You’re an awful human being, and you owe me a sincere apology,” she continued. “Let me just tell you that this isn’t over. This is so damaging. What she had has done to me. It’s disgusting. It is slander. It is defamation.”
Prior to the Season 8 premiere, Chrishell Stause threatened to quit “Selling Sunset” after learning about the allegations Young made about Hernan.
“Are we really still giving air time to LIARS that just want air time,” Stause wrote on her Instagram Story, while calling out producers for “blindsiding” Hernan.
“I will NEVER work on a show with her on it again,” she added, referring to Young. “I would rather be sued.”
Chelsea Lazkani also called Young “the most diabolical piece of 🗑️ I’ve ever met.”
Furthermore, Mary Bonnet weighed in on the drama during an appearance on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast this past week.
“Honestly, that’s not even the actual story of what she was actually told. So that makes it even more sad. It’s just a big old mess,” Bonnet said, claiming longtime friend Young butchered the rumor about Hernan.
“It’s WWIII for sure,” she added. “I’m out of this one.”
Young, meanwhile, defended herself on her Instagram Story earlier this month.
“As a married woman, I strongly and confidently stand for the sanctity of all marriages,” she wrote at the time. “Instead of attacking me and accusing me of lying, I think you ladies need to ask your bestie some tough questions. … Even still, I stated this info as a rumor.”
Amid the heated fallout from Season 8, Netflix has decided to axe the “Selling Sunset” reunion.
