In an interview with News 18, Vivek responded to the report by expressing his strong stance against exploitation. He emphasised that he doesn’t wait for official reports and would immediately intervene if he witnessed someone being mistreated. Vivek explained that his moral compass compels him to support those in need, whether it’s a child in a labor camp or a girl on a movie set, standing beside them and offering strength. For him, this is a daily effort to be a good human being. “I can’t just stand still—I would stand beside them, offer my support, and say, ‘No, fight. I’m with you,'” he added.
The actor also discussed nepotism, highlighting how he consciously avoided building his career through such means. He cited Shah Rukh Khan as an example, praising him as someone who came from humble beginnings, yet gained immense popularity and love, standing as a true counter to nepotism.
