The U.S. Election 2024 results are out, and Republican Donald Trump has returned to the White House as the 47th President of the United States defeating his opponent Kamala Harris. The minimum votes needed for victory were 270, and Trump was able to 277 electoral votes, while Kamala Harris, only managed to have 224.
The social media is reacting to the results. While some are celebrating Trump’s triumph, some are expressing their unhappiness over the results. Amid all this, Grammy Award winner musician Ricky Kej has also shared his two cents on the results.
Taking to X he mentioned that victory can’t be achieved by merely making celebrities stand behind you. “Lesson from the USA election: Lining up an array of Hollywood stars and dazzling celebs will not help you as much as just having 3 or 4 people who passionately support you and genuinely help you get your message across. This applies even to brands,” Ricky wrote taking to X.
In a following thread, he added, “People are sick and tired of photo-ops, stock phrases, reading speeches, political correctness, etc. People want to hear passionate, genuine, unabashed, honest, improvised words.. even if abrasive or contrary to their own beliefs. We need to start being genuine all over again.”

Many believe he has taken a dig at Kamala Harris with the Tweet as the Democratic candidate was endorsed by several Hollywood A-listers like Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B, and more.
While endorsing Harris at her Houston Rally, Beyonce gave a movie speech where she mentioned “vote not just as a celebrity, but as a mother.” Further, taking to social media, Cher also praised Harrr’s commitment to protect their rights.
“I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election. I’ve done my research, and I’ve made my choice. Your research is all yours to do, and the choice is yours to make,” wrote Taylor in her post.
Irrespective of all the big celebs’ endorsements Kamala Harris couldn’t hoist her flag at the U.S. Presidential election 2024
