The scale doesn’t seem to be tipping on Justin Baldoni’s side amid his legal battle with Blake Lively. On Saturday, the 37-year-old actress Blake Lively sued her ‘It Ends With Us’ co-star and director Justin Baldoni on the grounds of sexual harassment and strategizing a spear campaign against her which affected her and her family on an emotional level. Amid this dispute, Justin’s former publicist, the owner of the public relations company Jonesworks, Steph Jones, has accused Baldoni of breaking their agreement.
According to Steph’s claims, the break of the agreement calls for a $ 25,000-a-month fine, reported Variety.
Further, Justine is not the only one against whom Steph has filed a suit; she has made sure to file a complaint against Melissa Nathan, a publicist, and Abel. According to the NY Post, Jones has accused them of launching the purported smear campaign against BlakeLively behind her back. The suit states that Abel and Nathan blamed their wrongdoings on Jones, as their alleged smear campaign politics came out in public. She further claimed that Able and Nathan were attacking her image and defaming her for the things they did, which she wasn’t even aware of.
Meanwhile, Blake Lively is standing strong on her stance. In her lawsuit, she has mentioned the sexually inappropriate behaviour and conversation by Justin, which includes touching without consent, speaking about his porn addiction, and making comments on Blake’s weight and personal life, among others. She also claims to have proof of Justin planning a smear campaign against her, which impacted her both emotionally and financially. His attack on her image left the actress and her family in a state of emotional distress. Recently, Jenny Slate, Blake’s costar from ‘It Ends With Us’ also came in support of the actress.
