Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli welcomed their baby boy, Akaay Kohli, bringing double joy to their lives. Anushka kept her second pregnancy private and didn’t share photos during the journey. They announced Akaay’s birth on February 20, 2024, and shared the first glimpse on Virat’s birthday.
While browsing through Instagram, we came across a video posted by one of Virat Kohli’s fan pages. In the video, digital creator Swati Asthana Saini claimed she had met Virat and Anushka’s son, Akaay Kohli. She said Akaay is very cute, just like his mom, Anushka, and she couldn’t get over how adorable he is, calling him a “golu gobucha” (chubby and cute).
Virat and Anushka had made it clear that no one was allowed to take photos of their little one without their permission.
Over the years, Virat and Anushka have asked photographers to respect their children’s privacy, and the paparazzi have generally followed their request. In return, the couple has rewarded them with small gifts. Recently, however, Virat confronted a journalist at Melbourne airport after he believed his kids were being photographed, which led to significant trolling.
A few days ago, a fan page of Virat Kohli posted a video of him in London, where he was seen carrying Akaay in his arms while shopping for flowers with Anushka. On Virat’s birthday, November 5, 2024, Anushka shared an adorable photo of Akaay with his dad and sister on her Instagram.
