On Thursday, January 16, 2025, an intruder confronted Saif Ali Khan‘s maid at his home in the ‘Satguru Sharan’ building in Bandra. When Saif tried to help, a fight broke out, and he was injured. The actor was taken to Lilavati Hospital for treatment. Mumbai Police have identified a suspect who entered the building using the staircase, and they believe the attack was motivated by burglary.

She expressed concern over the increasing danger in society, highlighting how some individuals are willing to commit serious crimes, such as bringing a knife, just to steal. She praised Saif Ali Khan for his quick reaction to the sound of his maid, which potentially saved him from a worse fate. She emphasised the dangerous mindset of people seeking quick wealth, regardless of the consequences.

She was heard saying in the video, ‘Manushya aaj kal bahut neeche darje tak pohuch gaya hai. In a statement, Dr Dange said, “Saif Ali Khan was admitted to the hospital at 2 am with an alleged history of assault by some unknown person. He sustained a major injury to the thoracic spinal cord due to a lodged knife in the spine. A surgery was performed to remove the knife and repair leaking spinal fluid. Two other deep wounds on his left hand and one other on his neck were repaired by the plastic surgery team. He is completely stable now. He is recovering well and out of danger.”
