Tori Spelling admitted to “Misspelling” podcast listeners Monday that she hasn’t “pooped [or] peed alone in [the] 18 years” she was married to Dean McDermott.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum explained that she always did her business in front of her husband – but now goes to the bathroom in front of her kids since splitting from the actor.
“First it was Dean, then it was kids,” Spelling, 50, said of her five children — Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 7.
“Beau still stands there and stares and talks to me, like, while I’m pooping,” she said. “I think I function better with people.
“Is that codependent?” Spelling asked. “Yes. Cool.”
The confession came after the actress recalled people telling her she should “be happy … alone.”
She and McDermott, 57, called it quits in June 2023 after a “beast-like” argument in which Spelling threw a loaded baked potato.
However, the “BH90210” alum didn’t file for divorce until March — and she documented the moment she told McDermott live on her podcast.

“They’ve done it,” Spelling said of the “formality” during the call, telling McDermott she loved him before hanging up.
While his side of the conversation was not aired, Spelling claimed he said, “I have a lawyer. I was gonna do this, but cool, yeah, saves me $500.”
The “Mind Over Murder” co-stars got married in 2006 and started growing their family the following year.
The former “Chopped Canada” host has moved on with Lily Calo, and Spelling confessed Monday that she likes McDermott’s girlfriend “a lot.”
However, that hasn’t stopped her from calling her ex “babe” in front of Calo during family dinners.
“I’m like, ‘What am I supposed to call him? Dean?’” she asked. “Like, I have not called him Dean in 18 years. It’s so weird.”
