The social media is flooded with videos of Diljit’s concert clips. One of the videos which is going viral on Instagram features Diljit saying – “They said Punjabis can’t do fashion and I said, I will show you.They said Punjabis can’t act in films, I showed them I could. They said Punjabis did Punjabi movies but couldn’t go to Mumbai, and I proved them wrong. They said Punjabis can’t sell tickets for the bar arena, I had the stadium packed at my concert. They said Punjabis can’t do Illuminati, I said, I will do ‘Di-Luminati.”
He said all of this in Punjabi language and the crowd cheered for him as they went all gaga over his statement.
