Vikrant Massey is currently seen in ‘The Sabarmati Report‘ which is based on the Godhra train burning incident which took place in 2002. The actor who has been in the limelight ever since the release of his film ‘12th Fail‘ has come a long way ever since he started out. With no filmy background,Vikrant had to pave a path for himself on his own and it’s not been easy with many struggles.
The actor has gone through, many emotional and financial struggles before he managed to make a place here and also get financially secure. In a recent conversation with Curly Tales, Vikrant opened up on his Goa trip with friends when he had just started to earn some money. But things didn’t turn around the way they should have.
Vikrant shared, “I had just started earning, and I took Rs 5000 with me. I went with my friends in a Volvo bus. It was our last night in Goa and we all used to split our expenses. Like, if we bought a cold drink for Rs 20, we’d split it Rs 10 each.” However on the check-out day, they had exhausted all their money n the trip. “We needed to pay the hotel bill. I had a mobile phone, so I sold it to settle the bill and buy return tickets to Mumbai for all my friends,” he further added.
Earlier as well, the actor had opened up on his struggles during a chat with Faye D’souza that when one goes through financial struggles, it becomes a part of one’s DNA even if their situation gets better and becomes a part of one’s paranoia or insecurities.
