Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul are expecting their first baby this year. The couple had announced this a few months ago and said that the baby is coming in 2025. Athiya has accompanied KL Rahul who is in Melbourne as India plays against Australia as a part of the 2024-25 Border Gavaskar Trophy.
Athiya has now dropped mushy pictures with KL as they kickstart their 2025. In one black and white photo, she can be seen resting her head on his shoulders and holding his arm. This picture is all things love. In another video shared by her, she can be seen flaunting her baby bump as the couple took a walk hand-in-hand.
In a third picture in this post, she shared a quote which read, “Slow down often. Count your blessings. Be Kind to your heart. Believe in new beginnings.”
Recently, Athiya was spotted sitting with Anushka Sharma in the stands during the match and their reactions went viral.
KL Rahul got out at 0 runs in 5 balls and Virat’s wicket was taken at 5 runs in 29 balls. India needed to make 340 runs to win the match however, with these two big wickets going on so early, both Anushka and Athiya were shocked. They had their hands in the mouth and this reaction went viral on the internet. Netizens feel that Anushka and Athiya’s reaction was a representation of the entire country’s reaction as the two players got out so early on.
