Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s new apartment near Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat in Bandra is almost ready. A recently surfaced video shows the building’s construction nearing completion, hinting that the couple may soon move into their luxurious new home.
The couple has bought a luxurious sea-facing quadruplex in Bandra’s Bandstand area. According to MoneyControl, the property is worth Rs 100 crore and covers 11,266 square feet inside, with an extra 1,330 square feet of terrace space. It spans floors 16 to 19 of the building. A video shared on Instagram by Instant Bollywood shows that most of the construction work on the building is done, with some scaffolding still visible. The video also shows Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat nearby, highlighting how close the two residences are. Ranveer and Deepika plan to move in once their new home is ready.
In September last year, reports revealed that Deepika and her father Prakash Padukone’s company, KA Enterprises, purchased a luxury apartment in Bandra. Located in the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society near the famous Bandstand, the property was acquired for ₹17.78 crore, as per registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The deal involved a stamp duty of around ₹1.07 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000. Completed in September 2024, the transaction was registered under KA Enterprises LLP.
Ranveer and Deepika welcomed their daughter, Dua Padukone Singh, on September 8, 2024. They announced the news on social media with a heartfelt post. In November, the couple shared the meaning behind their daughter’s name, ‘Dua,’ which means “a Prayer,” explaining that she is the answer to their prayers. They also posted a sweet glimpse of baby Dua’s tiny feet.
Recently, the couple was spotted at Mumbai Airport returning from a vacation. This was one of their rare public appearances since the birth of their daughter, Dua.
