Actor and presenter Parvathy R Krishna has strongly criticized the misuse of her photos from a recent photoshoot. The actor revealed that an online platform cropped an image from a behind-the-scenes video and posted it, focusing solely on her navel. Expressing her outrage, Parvathy took to Instagram to address the issue, emphasizing her discomfort with such violations of privacy.
In her video statement which was shared on Instagram with the caption, “To all that kind of channels..IYKYK ..NAMOVAAGAM,” she explained that while she frequently participates in photoshoots, she is mindful of maintaining her personal boundaries. “I was careful to ensure that my navel and cleavage were not exposed, even during a beach photoshoot. However, in a behind-the-scenes video shared by my photographer, my navel was briefly visible in a wide shot, which was later manipulated,” she stated.
Parvathy condemned the act and revealed that she took all necessary steps to have the content removed. She also issued a stern warning to those attempting to misuse her images, stating, “If anyone shares such videos, I will make sure your platform gets taken down.” The actor further stressed that individuals should take a stand against such exploitation.
